Account access continuity

If the owner of a Pregia account becomes unavailable (death, accident, incapacity, extended absence, internal conflict), this page describes the procedure to legitimately regain control of the account.

Switzerland

For Swiss entities (GmbH, AG, sole proprietorship), access continuity is governed by Swiss corporate and succession law. We require a recent Commercial Register extract designating the new authorized representative.

Documents to provide

  • Commercial Register extract
    Less than 3 months old, naming the new authorized representative
  • General Assembly minutes
    Written decision designating the new representative
  • ID document
    Passport or ID card of the requester
  • Death certificate
    Only if the reason is the owner's death
  • Heir certificate
    Issued by the justice of the peace (for sole proprietorships)
