Pregia works. The agent answers, understands, transfers to your team and records requests, in thirty languages, with its database hosted in Zurich.
But it has not yet run for months inside a real hotel, with real guests and real exceptions. That is the only thing missing, and it is exactly what this place is about.
Being first is not about receiving a finished product. It is about deciding what it becomes.

Our most complete plan, worth CHF 11'700, with no payment during the test period. It is extended by a simple email for as long as validation takes.
Your price locked for life
The price of your plan will not move again, whatever our future rate cards say. The lock only falls if you change plan yourself.

No first-level support, no ticket sitting in a queue. You write, and the person who built the product answers.

Whatever gets in your front desk's way becomes the priority of the week. That is the fair return for what you bring us.

You are the only property of the test phase, and that stays part of the product's history.

The agent gets a call wrong
It transfers to your front desk at any point, and you switch it off with one click from your dashboard, without calling us.
A booking is taken badly
No booking is confirmed without your team's approval. The agent prepares the request, you decide.
Your data and your guests' data
Database in Zurich, ISO/IEC 27001 certified, under Swiss law. Real-time voice processing is handled by providers established in the United States under nFADP safeguards. No audio recording is kept, and transcripts are deleted after 90 days at most.
Your team's time
You install nothing. Setup is done together with us, your current number stays yours, and you choose which hours the agent covers.
Your property's reputation
Your name is only made public at the end of the test period, after your review and written consent. Nothing is published during the three months.
What we ask of you
Nothing more, and we hold ourselves to it.

One. Applications are open, we study every file, then we choose the property whose operation best fits this test phase.
What does it cost me during the test?
Nothing. The three months of the Elite plan are free and no payment is requested during the test period.
And after the three months?
You decide. If you continue, your price is locked for life on your plan. The rates that will apply at opening are published on the Plans page.
When does it start?
As soon as the property is chosen and setup is done with your team. We give you a firm date during our first conversation.
And if I am not selected?
We answer you anyway, and we let you know when the service opens if you allow us to in the form.
